1. What this service is — and is not
Specifically, a report from this service is not:
- A prediction of whether a relationship will succeed, last, or satisfy you.
- A psychological, clinical, medical or diagnostic assessment.
- Legal, financial, tax or investment advice.
- A substitute for counselling, family discussion, or a qualified professional.
- Astrological or horoscope matching of any kind. We do not provide this at any tier.
- A guarantee of any outcome whatsoever.
Scores and findings reflect only the answers given, across only the areas the relevant assessment covers. They are silent about everything else.
2. Who may use it
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. You must provide accurate information and use the service for your own decisions.
You must not submit information about another person that you are not entitled to share, attempt to access another user's report, resell or redistribute report content, or use the service to harass, coerce or pressure anybody.
3. How a purchase works
You complete the questionnaire first. We then score your answers and show you a summary of the result. Only after that are you asked to pay, and only after payment is the written report produced and delivered.

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices at any time; the price shown when you pay is the price that applies.
4. Single-respondent reports
That report therefore describes alignment as you understand it, and is labelled as such throughout. It may differ from what your partner would say. Higher tiers invite your partner to answer for themselves.
5. Accuracy of your answers
A report can only reflect what you tell us. If answers are inaccurate, rushed, or guessed on someone else's behalf, the result will reflect that. We do not verify your answers against any external source and cannot detect an inaccurate one.
6. Methodology and versioning
Reports are produced by a published, versioned methodology. Every report records the methodology version that produced it, so the same answers under the same version always produce the same result.
We may revise the methodology. Revisions apply to new reports; existing reports remain on the version that generated them. If we ever regenerate an existing report under a newer version, we will tell you.
7. Use of AI
Scores, classifications and findings are produced by fixed rules in our own software, not by an AI model. We use AI only to write the explanatory text around results that have already been calculated. AI cannot change a score, a severity or a finding.
8. Your account and access
You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, attempts to access others' data, or is used unlawfully.
9. Intellectual property
The platform, methodology, question banks, report templates and all related material remain our property. Your report is licensed to you for your own personal use — you may read it, keep it, and share it with people involved in your decision. You may not resell it, publish it commercially, or reproduce our methodology or question banks.

10. Payment and refunds
Payments are handled by our payment provider; we do not store your full card details. Reports are non-refundable once generated, with exceptions for service failures on our side.
The Refund Policy forms part of these terms.
11. Availability
We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend it for maintenance, changes or circumstances beyond our control. If a paid report cannot be produced because of an outage, the Refund Policy applies.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions you make, relationship or financial outcomes, or indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the report giving rise to the claim.
Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, or for anything that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The “last updated” date above shows when. Material changes will be notified to registered users. The terms in force when you paid govern that purchase.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of [CITY — TO BE COMPLETED] have exclusive jurisdiction.
